How can I provide services, virtually?

I can answer your calls by forwarding your phone number to my home office. You can fax or email your documents with instructions to my home office or I can set-up a system that will work for you. Once the tasks are completed, I will fax, e-mail, or mail the document to your destination.

Services:
Contact management, follow-up calls, answer phones, schedule appointments, appointment reminders, create forms, formal or informal business letters, office memos, policy and procedures, advertisement letters, collection letters, faxes, black or color copies, mailing labels, mail documents, newsletters, brochures, flyers, postcards, bulk mailings and much more.

You can use my home office as a base of operations for personal reasons or as a back up during your absence. Even if you have an employee, who calls out you can utilize me as a back up. The home office is fully equipped with up-to-date technology, such as Microsoft Works, Word, Access, Excel and more.

I look forward to your reply.
