Excelsior Inc., a management consulting company specializing in hiring, developing and retaining talented people is looking for inside sales reps to join our team. Successful candidates will spend most of their work time prospecting via the phone to identify new sales opportunities. This position includes training, and sales coaching per our proprietary Consultative Selling Skills (CSS) sales program.

Responsibilities
Inside Sales Representatives are required to perform the following tasks:
Identify business opportunities by calling our prospect database.
Introduce our services, qualify leads, and set appointments for the outside sales team.
Track and manage all current and potential customers through the use of customer relationship management tools.
Participation in weekly team reviews.

Qualifications
Excelsior is seeking Inside Sales candidates with the following qualifications:
Related Experience
1-2 years experience in an inside sales position.
Knowledge/Skills/Ability
Candidates should demonstrate excellent oral and written communication skills
Strong work ethic, easily adaptable to a fast-paced environment
Independent working and decisions-making skills
Candidates must be familiar with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
Working knowledge of the Internet
