Working as a private agent (partners in UK, Bulgaria, Brazil, Ireland Spain). I have access to American (2) and Europe (1) based funding source that are looking New Business Development Projects. Especially projects in Europe, Northern America (USA, Canada), Middle of America (Panama, Costa Rica, Mexico, etc), the Carribean (Bahamas, Dominican Republic, Guam, etc.) Africa, India. Big Deals over $100MIL and above.

Mixed use, hotels, resorts, casinos, shopping centres, office parcs, private islands, Alternative energy etc. At the moment there are a lot of strong projects on the market.
Because the primary market cant come through (banks), a lot of strong projects that would normally be financed by the primary market, hit the secondary market. So only strong projects have a chance to get financed at the moment. Projects where developers have min.10% investestment in the project. Projects over $100MIL, $500MIL and above.

SO FAR: I have found projects from Africa, Spain, New Zealand, China, USA, Bulgaria, Romania, Dubai, Kuwait, Costa Rica, Bahamas, India, Thailand etc. I have project owners, brokers and investors. Various fields residential, commercial, oil, Bio Fuel, hotels, Luxury resorts, Golf resorts, land etc. Different projects to investors.
I have formed partnerships with 5 contacts. I am looking for more investors at the moment to have balance between projects and investors. Signed a associate agreement 11th of November 2008 with a USA based company www.c4ww.com . They operate globally currently represented in more than 55 countries so it gives me credibility especially in USA.

Contact manager (cars, B2B), Delta Car South Ltd 12/2003 – 12/2005

Worked in Delta Cars South Ltd (car reseller, big chain in Finland 40 cas stores) as a contact manager and during that time I learned a lot about working with people but also about contacting companies decision makers (HR managers, CEOs, CFOs etc).

My responsibility was acquisition of new customers and selling Delta Cars services and product’s to companies. Some companies where I had meetings and I consider are good to mention are Valio Ltd, TDC Song, Componenta Ltd, Microsoft Finland, SAP Finland, AffectoGenimap, Teknos Ltd, Tekmanni Ltd, Huoneistokeskus Ltd, NCC International Ltd, G4S Security Services Ltd, Metos Ltd Ab, ELTEL Networks Corporation, Aarikka Ltd, Insurance Company Tapiola, Teboil Ltd, Unilever Finland Ltd, Wihuri Ltd and Satama Interactive Ltd.

Bonus came when I did 40 customer visits/meetings, 100 cold calls (outbound), average 30-40 offers and calls after offers, test drives between 20-25, delivery of cars 5-6 monthly. My sales in 2005 exceeded 1 million € (passenger cars, SUVs and LCVs (Light Commercial Vehicles). While prospecting potential customers by calling to decision makers (company cars) and making customer visits in this period of 2 years I made over 600 customer visits. Getting small and large companies as potential customers. Bigger customers are always projects and the first thing is to set a meeting and present Delta Cars products, network and services to these potential customers. Car politics gives the guidelines to people for example when we speak about car benefit. Bigger corporations have a list of car brands from where workers can choose the car they are using so the first thing was to get Delta Cars brands on that list.

Offer Smartit Finland Ltd services and webpages (internet based computer, software etc. shop (e-business)) as a possible source for companies IT purchasing. Acquisition of new customers. I had a one man office in Espoo, Finland (start up for SmartIT Finland (south). Head office in Seinäjoki (Finland (north)). Job was temporary and lasted for 6 months. Made a lot of contacts to potential customers. Made great effort to present SmartIT Finlands webstore as potential source for corporations IT purchasing. Contact base exceeding well over 300 companies medium size and many big Finnish and International companies (in Finland).

B2B- sales (acquisition of new customers), products: homepages, hosting-, and internet shops (E-business). New customer contacts and offers. Sales was a few thousand euros most of them homepagess. Short term post that ended because Netello Systems closed down their office in Helsinki.
